On March 23, the Bay Front YMCA DBC had a reception to celebrate the achievements of several members of our bridge community.Pauline Bennington, Val Bentley, Helen Sullivan, and Ron Ratchford were recognized as our new Life Masters. We are all very proud to share this joyful milestone with these accomplished players.
The Hazel Anderson Memorial Award for Congeniality was presented to Betty Sievers. Bev Jones had established the award in January to honor her long-time friend and partner. Betty received the greatest number of votes as the player who has consistently demonstrated the qualities of warmth and service to our bridge community.
